Shipping policy

We are proudly based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and ship both within the UAE and worldwide.

Processing and Tailoring Time
All orders are tailored upon request. Please allow 7–14 working days for production before your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

• UAE: Next-day delivery once your order has been completed and dispatched.
• GCC & International: 10–15 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs & Duties

• UAE Orders: Prices are inclusive of VAT.
• International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Packaging
All orders are shipped in CONCEPT 09’s signature packaging to ensure your garment arrives in perfect condition.
Please note: gift wrapping is currently not available.

Delays & Lost Parcels
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Concept 09 is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier issues. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our Client Care team for assistance.
